How to Forward Comments via UB-04 Charge?
Patient > Billing > UB-04 Charge
A new check box has been added, labelled “Print on UB-04 Box 80”. Its function is to forward any comments to insurance companies (for both paper and electronic claims) when it is checked.
NOTE:
Comments will not be forwarded if Print on UB-04 Box 80 is left unchecked.
