What is Meant by Reconciliation?
Patient > Registration
Follow the workflow above to land on the Referrals screen.
Click ‘+Incoming’ to add an incoming referral.
The ‘Incoming’ screen will be displayed.
Patient data can be reconciled here.
Click on any one of the Referrals.
The file name only appears once a ‘Summary of Care’ is added.
All the current ‘Medications’ and ‘Allergies’ have been logged here.
Clicks on ‘Reconcile’.
Clicking on ‘Reconcile’ button displays the ‘Reconciliation’ screen. This screen displays comparison between diagnosis of both the providers. If users want to continue medications, they can simply enable the respective checkbox and click on ‘Accept’. Clicking ‘Accept’ displays the medication or diagnosis in the ‘Current’ section. In this section users can either continue or delete drugs.
