How to View Summary of Care Request and Availability Status?
Patient > Registration > Referrals > Summary of Care
User can document if summary of care record is requested and available for a patient.
Navigate to the Summary of Care page via an incoming referral and mark the checkbox named ‘Summary of Care Requested and Available’ if user has requested the patient to provide summary of care record AND it is available.
Once some data for summary of care is added, the checkbox is automatically checked and disabled.
