A ‘Review of Systems’ (also called a ‘Systems Inquiry’ or ‘Systems Review’) is a technique used by health-care providers for eliciting a history from their patient. It covers details of subjective symptoms perceived by the patient (as opposed to the objective signs perceived by the clinician).
