How to Add a ROS Data Template?
Settings > EHR > Data Template > Review of Systems
Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the ‘ROS Data Templates’ screen.
Click on +Add button.
This will display the list of templates.
Click on the required template to edit it.
Insert a template name and select the required check boxes next to the valid characteristics. Click ‘Save’ once done.
