How to View ASC Measure Questionnaire
Patient > Billing > Quick Esuperbill
Follow the above mentioned workflow to land on the Patient’s ‘Quick eSuperbill’ page.
On the eSuperbill, a patient fulfilling the ASC measure criteria can see all relevant ASC measures under ‘Quality Programs’ heading. 
Here, click the measure to open ‘ASCQR Questionnaire’ pop up.
All questions related to an ASC measure are listed on this pop up.
After questionnaire is filled, user can click ‘Save’ or ‘Save & Add More’ button.
