What is C-27 Form?
Patient > Billing > Quick Charge > Claim > Worker Compensation
C-27 and other WBC-Forms can be accessed using the same workflow.
To add another C-27 form, click on the add icon.
After filling in the required fields, user can save the form by clicking on the “Save” button.
Similarly, user can add other WCB-Form using the same workflow.
In the same way, the following forms can also be accessed using the same workflow:
- MD-1
- FCE-4
- MG-1
- C4.3
NOTE:
Delete button appears after you have saved the form and by clicking on it you can delete a saved form.
