What is Patient Chart Report?
Patient > Clinical > Patient Chart Report
A ‘Patient Chart Report’ generates an up to date Clinical Summary report of a patient. All Provider Notes and lab results in a patient’s chart can be viewed according to the required date range. The report can be printed, faxed, and email as well. A log is also maintained for every time a report is generated.
Note:
A user can also de-identify patient information which might not be required on the report by checking the De-identify Patient Information box.
