Further Support and Suggestions

Need further training or assistance in understanding Radiology module of EMR?

We’ve got various alternatives for our clients to get their concerns addressed. Please follow one of the options below:

1. Open any module in CureMD EMR and click on ‘Help’ on the status bar and then ‘Wiki’ to get all the information related to that module. CureWiki has also got learning and training videos that can help in understanding any of the module.
2. Log a support ticket by clicking on ‘Support Ticket’ on the status bar and type in your concern. One of the support representative will get in touch with you in a short time to help you on that.
3. Alternatively, you can call us at 718-684-9298 or email at support@curemd.com. If your question is specific about Radiology Module or any other ‘Orders and Results’ module you can send an email at integrationimplementation@curemd.com and a member of Lab Integration team will respond to your query.
