How to Add Emergency Relationship & EGA Encounter Date Flag?
Patient > Registration > Letters > Add/Edit Letter
Emergency Contact and EGA can be added to the note/letter by using the ‘Emergency Relationship’ and ‘EGA on Encounter Date’ flag. The EGA(Estimated Gestational Age) set by the doctor initially is reflected in all the subsequent provider notes in both draft and signed states. The EGA date is also maintained on the patient banner.
