How to View Sexual History?
Patient > Clinical > History > Social > Sexual
Follow the workflow above to land on the ‘Sexual’ history screen. More than one values can be selected for ‘Birth Control Method’ and ‘STD Risk Factors’.
Orientation can be selected from the ‘Orientation’ dropdown.
NOTE:
Previously added information is already populated in case a user wants to edit it.
