How to View Patient History?
Patient > Clinical > History
Follow the above mentioned workflow to land on ‘History’ tab.
Here, complete overview of various types of patient histories are displayed such as ‘Family’, ‘Medical’, ‘Social’, ‘Surgery’, ‘Birth’ and ‘OB/ GYN’. A User can add/ edit patient histories by clicking the hyperlinks.
