How to Report a Missing Drug?
Patient > Clinical > Medications
Drugs/Medications can be reported if they are missing.
Follow the workflow above to land on the ‘Medications’ screen. Click ‘+Add’ button to add a new medication.
If the searched medication is not found, the following two options will be displayed:
- Prescribe Custom Drug
- Report Missing Drug
Click on ‘Report Missing Drug’ to report it.
A request confirmation message will be displayed.
Click ‘Yes’ to send medication addition request to CureMD support.
