How to Record Current and Alternative Email Address?
Users can keep track of current and alternate address of a patient. This helps in cases where curent address is not the same as alternate address. Current address is the present address of the patient and is considered as primary address.
If the user un-checks the checkbox ‘Same as above’ for alternate address, a text field is displayed to enter the alternate address.
User can set their billing address as either their current or alternate address using ‘Deliver Statement to’ drop-down on the patient ‘Preferences’ tab as well.
