How to Enable/Disable the Follow-ups on New Complaint Creation?

Patient > Clinical > Complaints

Whenever a Provider Note is created, previous complaints are displayed on that note by default. This is annoying for some users. To disable follow-up on the complaint, please contact CureMD support.

Enabling follow ups on a new Complaint creation shows follow ups of previous complaints.
