What is the Clinical Component In Patient Module?
Patient > Clinical > Clinical Overview
In Clinical Overview, a user can view the clinical summary of a patient which includes Allergies, Diagnoses, Complaints, Family History, Medical History, Medications etc.
The screen is split into different sections where each section displays details regarding a specific clinical component. A user can choose the clinical components which appear on the screen by dragging them from the navigation menu on the left side of the screen into one of these sections.
Note:
Users can click on the hyperlinks in various sections (Complaints, Allergies, Diagnosis, History etc.) to view the respective information. A clinical summary can be printed or faxed by using the ‘Report’ and ‘Send’ buttons.
