How to View Log of Care Plan?
The user can maintain a log of all the activities taking place in the Care Plan. These activities include adding, modifying, deleting and updating existing records.
Navigate to the log in the Care Plan. Recently added patient care records are shown along with the details of the provider who has added them. The state of the goals is also displayed in the log.
The log also shows which records have been modified recently and the details of the provider who has last modified those records.
