How to Make Payment Through Patient Portal?

Click on the ‘Billing’ module in the top bar to land on the ‘Make a Payment’ page.

Two additional fields of billing address and zip code have been added in the Global Pay Payment screen on Patient Portal.

This safety check ensures that all transactions are validated to prevent fraud.

For Global Pay transactions on Patient Portal, users have to first select Global Pay as their Payment Gateway from 10g application.

Next, select the appointment(s) for which payment has to be made by clicking on the respective checkbox, then click on the ‘Pay Now’ button.

The system displays the ‘Global Pay Payment’ popup screen with two additional fields including ‘Billing Address’ and ‘Zip Code’.
