Children who have cavities or decayed teeth.

–Denominator Exclusions

Exclude patients whose hospice care overlaps the measurement period.

For Denominator:
The patient of age 0-20 with a visit during the measurement year is considered for this measure. To record a visit, navigate to Patient > Provider Note > eSuperbill. 

For Numerator:
Patients with diagnosis of cavities or decayed teeth are included in the numerator. To record diagnosis, navigate to Patient > Clinical > Diagnoses.

Denominator Exclusions:
