 APPLICATION WORKFLOW

For Denominator:

All patient visits for those patients aged 6 through 17 years with a diagnosis of major depressive disorder are included in the denominator of this measure. To record diagnosis, go to Patient > Provider Note > Diagnosis.

Visits codes are added through eSuperbills or charges. Following workflow can be used to document diagnosis of major depressive disorder: Patient > Provider Note > eSuperbill. The documentation of the first encounter takes place when one visit code gets attached with the patient’s eSuperbill/ charge.

For Numerator:

Patient visits with an assessment for suicide risk are included in the numerator. You may use following workflow to document risk assessment:

go to Patient > Clinical > Evaluations > Search Suicide risk assessment (or any appropriate assessment) > Select performed
