What is API Submission in MIPS?

API submission allows the user to submit MIPS performance data. This feature is for support users only. Follow the above mentioned workflow to land on the API submission page.
From the ‘Entity Selection’ dropdown, user can select the desired entity for which they want to submit MIPS performance data.
Enter the Provider Taxonomy ID in the ‘Tax ID’ field and the National Provider Identifier (NPI) in the ‘NPI’ field.
To extract the entity data, click ‘Export to JSON’. Doing so will export the data in JSON format.
The system only displays the entities of the year 2021 in the ‘Entity Selection’ drop-down and the entities of the year 2020 have been archived. 
This helps improve the system performance.
