How to Use Scan Barcode button?

Scan Barcode button can be used to optimize the lot selection process. To use this feature simply click on the Scan Barcode located next to Report. This action prompts a pop-up asking to proceed with scanning.

If a barcode can’t be scanned for some reason click on Enter Manually located on this pop-up.

This action prompts the user to manually type-in the barcode and perform a search function.

Once a successful match is found between barcode scanned by user and the one present in FlexscanMD inventory System, the system prompts Administer Vaccine pop-up.

Enter the appropriate date and click ‘Save’.
