How to Review a Document?
A document assigned to a user can be viewed in the ‘Review’ tab.
Follow the above mentioned workflow to land on the ‘Review’ tab.
Here, users can set the ‘Upload/Scan Date’ and ‘Assignment Date’ range to search the required document. Once a document has been selected, following actions can be taken:
- Review
- Save
- Send
- Delete
A log is maintained of the review history of the document.

When a document is assigned to another user, a reason can be added. To see how a document is assigned, click here.
The assigned user can see the following details under the ‘Assignment’ heading:
- Assigned By
- Assigned Date
- Reason
