How to View Patient Contact Details?
CrueMD KIOSK > Login > Appointment > Profile
The patient’s address, contact number, and email ID are displayed on this page. Patients can edit their contact information by clicking the ‘Edit’ button.
After editing the contact information, the user can save the changes by clicking the ‘Next’ button.
Clicking the ‘Next’ button takes the patient to the emergency contact information section. The patient can save the emergency contact details by clicking the ‘Next’ button again.
