How to Use Advanced Search to Find Patients?

The user can set the ‘Payment Status’ as ‘Mark as Posted’. This helps them view the ERAs categorically. If ERA is Marked as Posted in Payment Status dropdown, only posted ERAs are displayed.

‘Posted’ status displays only those ERAs that are posted, excluding the ones that are marked as posted.

User can search for ‘Posted’ and ‘Marked as Posted’ in one go. From the dropdown, select the option named as ‘Posted or Marked as Posted’. Doing so, shows results for both the categories.

The ERAs that are ‘Marked as Posted’ by mistake, can be sent back to ‘Pending’ bucket by selecting a remittance and marking it as ‘Move to Pending’ from the ‘Mark’ dropdown.
