What is the Purpose of History in Claim Entity?

Follow the workflow mentioned above to access ‘Claim Entity’ tab. From here, select ‘Claim History’.

The ‘Claim History’ section gives user the billing history of the charge including Date the claim was sent, Claim ID and Plan to which it was billed.
