How to Sort the Problem List?
Billing > Professional > Alerts > Problem List
- Click on a Column Heading to sort the entries in the list.
- Once sorted, the icon will be displayed against that column.
- Clicking on the same Column Heading will sort the list in the Descending Order.
NOTE:
By default the problem list will be sorted on the basis of DOS in ascending order. Sor the list for any column heading available by simply clicking on it.
NOTE:
User can sort the problem list for the most recent activity in problems (for instance, User wants to see entries based on most recently updated comments to address them)
