How to Print Clinical Summary?

Once user selects the required patient, the patient’s home screen is displayed. ‘Clinical Overview’ of the patient’s medical data can be viewed on this page.

From the left tree menu, select the ‘Provider Note’ option.

All of the patient’s ‘Provider Notes’ will be displayed in a list. Click on the required ‘Provider Note’ to view it.

Clicking on the Provider Note takes the user to the provider note’s details screen. On the upper right corner of this screen, there’s a tab for Clinical Summary.

Clicking on ‘Clinical Summary’ tab, displays the patient’s ‘Clinical Summary’ popup. ‘Click ‘Print’ to print the ‘Clinical Summary’.
