How to edit Access Rights for Individual Patients?

Settings > Practice > Patient Portal User

A practice can also define different access rights for specific patient portal users. In order to do this, navigate to ‘Patient Portal User’.
The user can search for a patient using the search fields provided. A list is displayed and the user can select the desired patient by clicking on the Name.

The user navigates to Edit User tab and clicks on Access Rights tab where he can make the desired changes to this specific user’s access rights. In case, any of the access rights are greyed out, this means that the section has been disabled from the main access rights section as discussed earlier. To apply these access rights, click on the Save button at the top of the screen.
