CureMD presents CureConfirm. The appointment confirmation service notifies your patients of their upcoming appointment via phone call, one day prior to the scheduled time. CureConfirm documents such appointments and changes the status of any appointment, if required.

Also, if patients wish to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment, the service advises them to contact the practice during regular business hours.

While cancelling and/or rescheduling an appointment, comments can also be saved against appointments along with date and time for directing practice staff.

CureMD disclaims all liability in regards to any appointment cancellation/rescheduling requests. Also, CureMD does not entertain any patient information update requests, including but not limited to demographics, insurance and contact information through ‘CureConfirm’.

For Example; if an appointment is scheduled after 12 PM – EST and is due the next working day, then confirmation of that appointment will be the responsibility of the practice.

How it works?

The patient receives a call from the CureConfirm Team one day prior to the scheduled appointment to give them a reminder. The patient can press 1 to confirm the appointment or they can press 2 to deny it.

Activation Method

Service activation can be requested by logging a support ticket.

Deactivation Mechanism

Service can be deactivated by logging a Support ticket or contacting the support helpline.
