- While dictating ‘Diagnosis’ & ‘Procedure’, users must use the complete ‘Diagnosis’ & ‘Procedure’ codes and not the description. Components need to be stated clearly for example: ‘Review of System’, ‘Follow Up’, and ‘Vitals’.
- Users must spell out difficult words to avoid any mistake.
