Dial in Dictation System Process

To dictate the system, follow the process given below:

1. To start recording patient encounters, dial our toll free number 1-(855) 262-6708 OR use Back-Up Number: 1-(888) 997-2841.
2. Once you are connected you will be prompted to enter User ID provided by CureMD and then press the pound ‘#’ key.
3. To confirm your identity and ensure HIPAA Compliance you will be asked to enter a Passcode followed by the pound ‘#’ key.
4. To begin recording Press ‘2’, the server will start recording immediately following the beep.
5. You can now record all the notes that need to be transcribed into patient’s profile.
6. To pause during recording, press ‘1’. After a pause of 30 seconds the following prompt is be played “Not recording press 2 to resume dictating”.
7. This message will be played at specified intervals for another 90 seconds before the call is automatically disconnected.
