Settings > Reports > HCFA > HCFA Customization
Follow the workflow above to land on the ‘HCFA Customization’ screen.
HCFA Customization
Select the file from the list displayed under the HCFA Customization tab.
HCFA Form Records
Edit the fields and click ‘Save’ to implement the changes.
