– APPLICATION WORKFLOW: For Denominator: All patients aged 18 years and older with a diagnosis of major depressive disorder (MDD) are included in the denominator of this measure.Following workflow can be used to document diagnosis of MDD: Patient > Provider Note > eSuperbill. The documentation of the first encounter takes place when one visit code gets attached with the patient’s eSuperbill/ charge.
