All patients aged 18 years and older with a diagnosis of major depressive disorder (MDD) are included in the denominator of this measure. To record this, navigate to Patient > Provider Note > Procedure > eSuperbill.
The documentation of the first encounter takes place when one visit code gets attached with the patient’s eSuperbill/ charge.
