How It Works
- Navigate to Patient > Consents.
- Select the ABN form.
- The updated CMS-R-131 form is automatically presented.
- The form displays an expiration date of January 31, 2029 in the bottom-left corner.
- Continue using the existing consent workflow to complete the ABN as applicable.
