• The new form displays an expiration date of January 31, 2029 in the bottom-left corner.
• The previous ABN content has been replaced with the updated form.
• No additional configuration or permissions are required to access the updated version.

How It Works 

• Navigate to Patient > Consents.
• Select the ABN form.
• The updated CMS-R-131 form is automatically presented.
• The form displays an expiration date of January 31, 2029 in the bottom-left corner.
• Continue using the existing consent workflow to complete the ABN as applicable.
