  •  A new Review Timestamp setting is available under:
Settings > Practice > My Practice Settings > EHR > Include in SOAP Text.
  • The setting is disabled by default and applies to the entire practice.
  • An information icon is displayed next to the setting, providing guidance on its functionality.
  • When enabled, Medication and Allergy SOAP components display:
“Last Reviewed by [Provider Name] [Date]” at the bottom of the component.
  • The timestamp reflects the most recent review on record, even if it occurred before the current encounter.
  • If a review is performed during the encounter, the timestamp updates automatically.
  • If no review history exists, no timestamp is displayed.
