Requisition Template Enhancement for Clear Contact Information

What’s New
- Mobile Phone now appears before Home Phone in the requisition template.
- Labels have been updated for clarity:
– Mobile Phone (new label)
– Home Phone (updated from “H”) - Mobile number is displayed when available; if no mobile number exists, only the Home Phone displays.
- Phone numbers are pulled directly from the patient chart.
How It Works
- Generate or view a requisition for a patient order.
- The requisition header automatically displays:
– Mobile Phone first (if available)
– Home Phone second (if available) - If the patient chart includes only a home phone number, the requisition will display Home Phone only.
- Labels appear as “Mobile Phone” and “Home Phone” for clarity.
