Provider Fax Number Display in Order Requisition Header

What’s New

• The system now displays the provider’s fax number, instead of the practice fax number, on order requisitions for Consultation and Other Orders once the order is signed.
•  The requisition header now clearly labels contact numbers:
  – Ph: for the phone number
  – Fax: for the fax number

How It Works

• Open a Consultation or Other Order from within the patient chart.
• Sign the order.
• After signing, the requisition header automatically updates to display the provider’s fax number.
• The phone and fax numbers appear with clear labels (“Ph:” and “Fax:”) to ensure readability.
