What’s New
In the Clinical module, when the user adds or edits any medical, surgical, or family history and clicks Save, the system instantly reorders the entire list for all three history types alphabetically. The refreshed A–Z lists appear right away in the patient chart so staff can quickly review the updated entries.
Within the Provider Note, when the user opens the Medical History window, adds or edits items, and clicks Save, the system automatically applies the same alphabetical sort to medical, surgical, and family history. The sorted order is reflected both on the note screen and in the SOAP output for that encounter. If the user clicks Save without making changes, the system still re‑evaluates the lists and updates them alphabetically. Entries with identical names keep their original order relative to each other. Historical SOAP notes from past encounters are not changed.
