Ability to View All Contact Information for Reference Providers

When the user clicks the Reference Provider quick link, the system opens the Reference Providers pop-up. Within this pop-up, the user can use the phone type dropdown to check if multiple phone or fax numbers are available for the selected provider.

Users can select any available phone or fax type from the list. Once a selection is made, the corresponding number is automatically populated in the respective field, allowing the user to review and confirm the contact details before proceeding.
