How to Edit a Dermatology Physical Exam?

Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the ‘PE Templates’ screen.

Select the required template from the ‘PE Templates’ list.

This will display the ‘Edit PE Templates’ screen.

Here, users can edit the template name, select the body chart exam using the drop down menu, and insert ‘Systems’ by clicking the ‘+Systems’ button.

Click ‘Save’ once done.
