The Appointment & Notes Association Report displays the visit reason even if a provider note is not associated with the appointment.
Follow the workflow above to land on the ‘Appointment Notes Association’ screen.
Users can search for a patient through ‘Appointment’ or ‘Notes’ search. Enable the relevant checkbox and search for a patient using the search fields.
