What is a Patient Recall Report?
Reports > Schedule > Patient Recall
The ‘Patient Recall’ report generates a list of patients based on last appointments only. The report does not take into consideration, the appointments which are either ‘Cancelled’ or ‘Rescheduled’.
Follow the workflow above to land on the ‘Patient Recall’ screen. Choose the ‘Location’, ‘Provider’, ‘Date Range’ from drop-down menus to generate the specific report.
Users can also filter the report based on the status of the patients being ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive’ using the ‘Status’ dropdown.
Click ‘Print’ to generate report of all patient recalls that were made within the user’s specific search parameters.
