What is a Transport Report?

The ‘Transport’ report is useful for practices which utilize Ambulance or other transport services for their Patients. The report can be printed out and faxed to the Ambulance or other car services one day before the actual appointment so that they have a schedule of the next day’s pickups. (When a Transport is selected during Appointment scheduling, that information is accessible via ADT as well as through this report.)
Follow the workflow above to land on the ‘Transport’ screen. Users can choose to report on all Locations and Providers, or specify a Location or Provider by using the relevant drop-down menus. Users can also search for all transport request within a specific Appointment Date range.
Click ‘Print’, to generate a report specifying the following for each transport request:
- Date
- Patient Name
- Demographics
- Plan Name
- Patient ID.
