How to Add a Deposit Date?

Users can add Deposit Date while posting a payment.

Follow the workflow mentioned above to navigate to ‘Remittance’ screen.

On this screen, whenever the user clicks on the ‘Post’ button, a popup appears, with the fields ‘Payment Date’ and ‘Deposit Date’.

This facility benefits billers in reconciling by Deposit Date, and they do not have to access the Billing module for each account to enter deposit date for each individual appointment that is a part of an ERA.
