How to Bill the Claims Again?
The above mentioned workflow takes the user to ‘Newly Created’ tab. The user can click on ‘Clean’ to view list of claims.
Here, the user can select the claims they want to resend by clicking on the checkbox next to each claim.
Once the desired claims have been selected, click on ‘Generate Claim’ button in order to view the ‘Claim Files’ tab.
Here, the user can change the ‘Claim Status’ of all the claims or specific ones. In order to do so, claims can be selected by checking their checkbox.
Claim status can be selected from the ‘Claim Status’ dropdown. Once it is selected, the status can be updated by clicking on the ‘Update’ button.
After updating the claim status, select all claim files that have been created and click on ‘Upload’.
