How to Add Birth Name in Patient’s Profile?
Patient > Demographics
The user is able to add patient’s birth name in Demographics.
In case a patient’s birth name and existing name is not the same, the user is able to enter the birth name in “Previous First Name” and “Previous Last Name” fields.
