What is a Referral Response Time?

This report is generated to determine the time that a patient takes to respond to a referral. The report shows the scheduled time of the referral and the actual appointment time that the patient sets up with the practice against it.

For user convenience, the system allows filtering of patients who have no prior appointments. Also, appropriate contact information is displayed on the report in case the provider/practice user needs to contact the patient to minimize referral response time.

Once the date is selected, users can click on ‘Print’ button at the top of the window. The ‘Referral Response Time’ report is generated.
