What’s New

• Severity of Pain is now available in Add Vitals workflows with a standardized pain scale ranging from 0–10 and an associated assessment time.

How It Works 

1. Users can record Severity of Pain during vitals collection using a standardized 0–10 pain scale and associated assessment time.
   
2. Documented pain assessments become available throughout oncology and administration workflows.
3. Practices can enable or disable Severity of Pain within Flowsheet and Chemo Order templates based on documentation preferences.

 

4. When enabled, Severity of Pain appears within Flowsheet Vitals, Provider Notes, SOAP text, Administration Forms, Administration Reports, and Drug Administration Notes.

5. Changes made to Severity of Pain preferences within Chemo Order Provider Note components can be saved back to the associated template through the existing Update Template workflow.
